Brill, Foga
this Imperial warlord controlled the Prakith System during the years after the reign of Grand Admiral Thrawn. Brill was, at one time, the Director of Investigation for the Republic Judicial Department. He was also one of the first to welcome the changes brought about by the institution of the New Order, since it established new levels of law and order throughout the galaxy. After the death of Emperor Palpatine at the Battle of Endor, Brill declared himself a warlord and took command of the Imperial naval forces arrayed over Prakith. He held the planet for many years, but his isolation from the Imperial Remnant eventually forced him to cede control of the planet to the New Republic.
