this being served as the Overliege of the planet Ukio, during the years leading up to the Clone Wars. Topas DosLa was one of the first supporters of Senator Esu Rotsino's plans to secede the entire Abrion Sector from the Old Republic, claiming that he was simply allowing Ukio to continue to provide grains to many planets which had already seceded.
