this was a noted Hutt crimelord who was born into the Gejalli kajidic. However, after his mother's criminal empire was crushed by Popara the Hutt, Vago was adopted into the Anjiliac clan. He was never allowed to use the Anjiliac name in his title, since Popara never fully trusted Vago. However, Popara used Vago as the Anjiliac clan's primary aide-de-camp and middleman, since Vago was one of the few Hutts who was willing to speak the Basic language when necessary. In the wake of Popara's death, Vago took action to ensure that his killer was found. Believing that Mika had something to do with the event, Vago arranged to have Popara's freelance agents freed from prison and secretly dispatched to hunt down Popara's killer and the source of the tempest spice. For this, Vago was captured and held prisoner by Zonnos, and his H-3PO droids were used to lure the agents into a trap. After Zonnos went mad and was captured, Vago disappeared. Unknown to most beings, Vago had actually been captured by Mika and shipped off to Varl, so as to eliminate his meddlings. Within the tempest production facility on the Tempest, Vago was guarded by Dai and Koya Utrila, until the two sisters learned the truth behind Mika's treachery. They let Vago go free, and helped the agents hired by Popara to defeat Mika and his forces.
