this collection of Mid-Rim worlds was colonized by the Aqualish some seventy years before the onset of the Clone Wars. Made up of fifteen member worlds and led by Andosha II, the Free Colonies did not support the secession of Ando from the Old Republic, remaining loyal to the Republic despite the actions of their parent worlds.
