this blob racer was arrested shortly before the Clone Wars, when one of his blobs was discovered to have been tainted with a viscosity-enhancing substance. Slish Fondine refused to plea-bargain with Bitas, and had him put to death for cheating. Note that this character is a reference to Bob Vitas, the author of this encyclopedia!
