Tooqui
this Gwurran Ansionian befriended Barriss Offee, some ten years after the Battle of Naboo, when the Jedi Knights were dispatched to Ansion to negotiate a treaty between the city dwellers and the Alwari. Like most members of his species, Tooqui was hyperactive and continually in motion, and hated the Alwari with a passion. Thus, when Tooqui learned that Barriss was traveling with Kyakhta and Bulgan, he was not at all happy. However, the Alwari eventually agreed to befriend Tooqui, and the trio formed a quick bond.
