this man served the Alliance as an officer at the base on Arbra, during the period between the Battle of Hoth and the Battle of Endor. Hilly was one of the officers who agreed with Leia Organa's plan to hide the Alliance's fleet near the system's star, in order to avoid Imperial detection.
