this Trade Federation battle droid was part of the security team dispatched to eliminate Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi, when the Jedi Knights arrived at Naboo. It was given programming that assured it the Jedi could be defeated. This droid was originally to be designated SSA-101, but a mistake in production scheduling pushed it back to 1015.
