Borf, Velgar
this customs agent worked for the Empire in the Derilyn System, during the Imperial occupation of Elrood Sector. He was admitted to the Imperial Navy Officers' School mainly because of his family connections, and was one of the most substandard students ever to actually graduate from the school. Despite his indifferent attitude, Borf managed to break up the Red Nalroni smuggling ring, which earned him a promotion. However, his otherwise unspectacular record earned him the posting in Elrood Sector. It was later learned that much of Borf's appearance and mannerisms were exaggerated by Borf in order to keep strangers off-guard. He was actually a skilled mechanic and an excellent customs officer.
