this Sullustan criminal worked from a base hidden within Hutt Space, during the early years of the New Republic. Hiding from the Hutts aboard the modified shieldship Penumbra, Neen Niuv was too paranoid to meet with any individual one-on-one. Instead, he ordered his Twi'leki majordomo to meet with beings while Niuv himself piloted the shieldship and maintained security.
