Juloff
this man was a reporter for the Galactic News Network, and worked at GNN's Indu San bureau during the early years of the New Republic. It was later learned that Juloff was, in fact, and Imperial spy who infiltrated GNN in order to ensure that "correct" reporting of the events on Indu San took place. He was discovered by Kella Rand, who had been investigating the murder of Shek Barayel, when she spotted him working with Kaleb Darme.
