Varn-Kezzler, Horatio
this man was a news reporter who was sent to Zirtran's Anchor to "expose the truth" about the station, during the height of the New Order. He interviewed a man who claimed to have intimate knowledge of the station's inner workings, and unknowingly came away with only enough information to make Zirtran's Anchor more mysterious. It was later revealed that the Kalai had hoped to bring Horatio into their fold, to serve as a kind of liaison to the other races living aboard the station.
