Haslip, Keriin
this woman was a native of the planet Garos IV, and was Dair Haslip's grandmother. She was briefly married to Trenar Stilijan, but she was widowed when Trenar was killed in battle during the last years of the Old Republic. A noted businesswoman, Keriin owned the family's mining interest, RH Mining Corporation, until she sold them - at a hefty profit - to the Empire. She had been developing serious misgivings about the Empire ever since her son and daughter-in-law, West and Nieka Haslip, were killed during the Whahalla Massacre. She joined her old friend, Magir Paca, and together worked to free Garos IV from Imperial control. She ended up selling RH Mining in order to make sure her grandson, Dair, was able to complete his training at the Raithal Academy without any repercussions.
