this version of the standard Velocity speeder was adapted for use as a racing machine by the Mandellian Corporation, for use in the BlastBoat 2000 race event. It was capable of attaining speeds up to 400 kilometers an hour, and had a flight ceiling of four meters. The Stinger was also armed with ten Minlet concussion missiles.
