Gatharard, Vincent
this man, a native of the planet Coruscant, served the Empire as a Lieutenant in the military, although he was known more for his self-important boasting than his skills as a leader. He was stationed at the Imperial garrison on Echnos during the height of the Galactic Civil War, where he lorded over his subordinates and longed for the day when he could return to the Academy as a teacher.
