calling himself a "self-employed citizen," Phoggus Maxx was a back-alley conman who worked in Nexus City, on Entralla, during the early years of the New Republic. Known as Phoggy, he was known as a man who could obtain restricted or outlawed items in limited quantities. To this end, he called himself the "King of the Back Alley Deals."
