this was the series of meetings established by Moff Ardus Kaine, in which he laid out his plans for re-establishing Imperial control under the guise of the Pentastar Alignment. Working with various Imperial supporters and business leaders from the Velcar Free Commerce Zone, Moff Kaine hammered out the Pentastar Alignment Treaty, and installed himself as the head of the Alingment.
