this pirate was based on the planet Corulag during the early years of the New Republic. He and his crew once tried to ambush an Ororo Transport convoy, only to find that the ship's airlocks had been coated with explosives. When Kloon's crew tried to use fusion cutters to gain access, the explosives were detonated, leaving Kloon with no credits and several dead companions.
