Shemza
this wizened old man was a noted scientist who hid on Cloud City to avoid being captured by the Empire, during the early years of the Galactic Civil War. Shortly after the Battle of Hoth, Doctor Shemza was captured on Cloud City by a group of thugs hired by Jabba the Hutt. The Alliance's agent on Cloud City, the astromech droid Shorty, helped a team of Alliance agents rescue Doctor Shemza.
