Trammel, Rufus
this man was known as a "procurer of all things exotic" during the last decades of the Old Republic, which basically meant he was a smuggler. An unpleasant man who nonetheless had an uncanny ability to locate just about anything, he was best known for his ability to obtain rare and unique creatures. He was attracted to the moon of Dorumaa, where he hoped to locate incredible beasts in the deep waters of Dorumaa's oceans. He kept his dealings private, for the most part, after his dealings on Blathar III. However, his continued presence in the Cularin earned him the ire of Nirama, who swore to feed Trammel to a slow-eating beast if he was ever apprehended. Trammel maintained a low profile, but continued to work on making inroads against the existing criminal organizations. After the Cularin System returned from The Blink, Trammel made plans to have his operations in the system controlled by Phylus Mon, a known slaver and crimelord with powerful ties to the Hutt criminal organizations. Trammel's possible absence made the minor criminal figures in Cularin wary of possible actions by Nirama, and many feared an all-out war between rival organizations.
