Yavin Vassilika
this wondrous crystal sphere was considered nothing more than a legend to most of the modern galaxy. It was formed from a single Coruscan Gem, and was covered with a variety of Massassi heiroglyphs. Its location was discovered by Illyan Webble, shortly before the Battle of Yavin, on a remote world where it was worshipped by an alien race. The Vassilika was later discovered to be more than just a crystal sphere. Inside the sphere was an archaic key, which opened the greatest of the Massassi temples on Yavin 4. The sphere was eventually recovered by Brian Tharen and an elderly man known as The Collector, who were members of the Alliance searching for a way to use the Massassi temples as a base.
