this unusual form of bandage was developed by Kirgalis Pharmaceutical Exports, and used specially-harvested regenerative cells from the Abyssin bio-chemistry. When applied to a wound, the patch promoted the rapid growth of new skin cells to heal the wound. The patch wasn't as affective as bacta, but was extremely useful in field situations.
