this man served the Empire as the regional Prefect of the city of A'Lenba, on the planet Goroth Prime, during the height of the Galactic Civil War. He was known as a cold, hard man who did little to hide his distaste for the native Gorothites. Obarren also aspired to take over the planetary Governor's position, once Marsh Limoth relinquished the post.
