this was the Gorothite term for those council members who sat on the P'Dar'Ken. Each P'Dar'Ken'al served a four-year term, although only half of the P'Dar'Ken could be up to re-election at any given time. There was no limit to the number of terms an individual P'Dar'Ken'Al could serve.
