this elderly Yuuzhan Vong Shaper was in charge of maintaining the Baanu Miir, during the invasion of the New Republic's galaxy. Tih Qiqah died about a year before the Battle of Duro, and had been unable to stop the aging of the worldship using the standard protocols of the Shapers.
