Blood Code
this is the name given by the Snivvian race to their genetic pattern. It has been engineered and refined over the millennia in an attempt to weed out the occurance of twin males in a single birth. The initial results were very promising. The incidence of twin males dropped almost to zero, and the Snivvians prospered. However, the strength of mind and body that resulted from this genetic manipulation made them prime targets for Thalassian slavers. The Thalassians began transporting large numbers of Snivvians off Cadomai through hyperspace, providing them to the highest bidders. It is believed that prolonged exposure to hyperspcae travel has mutated the Blood Code, for several instances of twin males have occurred recently.
