this man was a Captain within the Corporate Sector Authority's security forces, and was one of the officers dispatched to "deal with" the Trianii. His entire fleet was quickly captured by Trianii forces, and Kosh himself was taken as a prisoner. He was later released with a message for the CSA: leave the Trianii and their planets alone.
