Mar Balayan
this Shistavanen was at one time a scout for the Republic Scout Service. During the height of the New Order, he set out on his own to make a living as a slaver, supplying the Empire with laborers. He was known to have defeated a team of Stalimur Pirates singlehandedly. After the Battle of Endor, Balayan spent much of his time harassing the New Republic, especially after anti-slavery laws were re-instituted.
