this man was one of the more corrupt members of the Cloud City Wing Guard, during the administration of Lando Calrissian. A veteran of the force, Blendin started with the Wing Guards during Baron Raynor's administration, and quickly learned to use intimidation to keep the peace. He was also easily bribed, and was on the payroll of several minor crime figures.
