this Bith doctor was employed by Chay Praysh to maintain the health of the women who worked in the crimelord's slimepits. Despite the fact that he worked for Praysh, Blath was actually sympathetic toward the women slaves, and frustrated at the poor conditions Praysh forced them to live in.
