Blithane
this man was appointed the Imperial Governor of the planet Lo'Uran, and controlled the planet with an iron fist. Generally believed to be corrupt, Blithane was especially hard on on the droid population, and took out a series of aggressions against the automata which worked on the planet. Blithane was later taken into custody and tried for stealing Imperial equipment and reselling it to various crimelords. The droid population of Lo'Uran made sure that his extradition went off without a hitch.
