a division of BlasTech Industries, the BlasTech Corporation manufactured of a variety of personal and military blaster weapons, including the DL-18 and the DL-44. During the height of the New Order, BlasTech Industries refused to officially join the Empire. In exchange for this measure of freedom, BlasTech agreed to provide Imperial forces with weaponry from BlasTech Corporation at a fraction of their market price.
