this free trader and small-time criminal was a native of the planet Naboo. He was known to have several connections to a variety of crimelords, and was a known associate of Hesh Verbon. Despite his criminal background, Shep had given up his life of crime in an effort to form the Free Treader Association of Naboo, working with Verbon to develop an incentive program for Naboo merchants, hoping to induce more independent spacers to establish permanent bases at Kwilaan Starport.
