this Rodian was the proprietor of The Underground, a cantina located below the surface of the moon of Tilnes, during the years leading up to the Battle of Naboo. He claimed to be allergic to sunlight, and that exposure to light would make his skin peel away. His skin was constantly covered with a patchwork fo light and dark scales, an indicator of the seriousness of his condition.
