Zier
this Hutt was a member of the Besadii kajidic, and was Durga's chief rival for power in the aftermath of Aruk's assassination. In an effort to "keep friends close and enemies closer," Durga made Zier one of his chief lieutenants, but this didn't stop Zier from questioning Durga's motives in dealing with Black Sun. He told Durga that Besadii would not fund the investigation of Aruk's death, and continued draining of Besadii funds would result in retribution against Durga.
