this man was the owner of the Zebulon Dak Speeder Corporation during the early years of the New Order. He was on Boonta, for the Boonta Speeder Race, when Thall Joben drove the White Witch to victory. He then offered jobs to Joben and his friends, Jord Dusat and Kea Moll. However, he would not allow their droids, R2-D2 and C-3PO, to accompany them.
