once the leader of the warrior caste of Sedrians which protected the Golden Sun, the Bishop of War became the nominal leader of the Sedrians after the Empire was driven from Sedri. The position was nearly made obsolete after the break-up of the Golden Sun, when many Sedrians believed the Golden Sun had died and would never return.
