this Bothan was a Captain in the security force which patrolled Coruscant's Imperial City, some twelve years before the Battle of Naboo. Distinguished by his dark fur and flowing beard, Captain T'aug was dispatched to investigate the murder of Fligh. He had also been the primary investigator of the death of Ren S'orn, but had been asked to drop the investigation by Ren's mother, Senator Uta S'orn.
