Yintal
this New Republic Navy Doctor attended to Plat Mallar, after the Grannan was brought to Coruscant from Polneye during the Yevethan Purge. A small, pensive man, Yintal nevertheless was a respected physician. He was later assigned to the New Republic base in New Nystao, on Wayland, and was on hand to interview the Yuuzhan Vong priestess Elan after she was captured near Exodo II. Yintal didn't believe her story of being a political dissident seeking asylum. Unfortunately for Doctor Yintal, he was killed when the Yuuzhan Vong planted an "assassin" on Wayland to make Elan's defection seem real.
