this was the most common race of Shatra encountered on their homeworld of Trascor, accounting for nearly 87 percent of the population. Unlike their cousins, the Hy'tras, the Y'tras embraced technology and the galactic community. The Y'tras were the primary race which took to the stars after the Shatra discovered spaceflight, and eventually found throughout the galaxy.
