Wyrmyr, Horace
one-time Dean of the Imperial Academy, it was Wyrmyr who pushed hard for Mako Spince to be imprisoned following the destruction of the Academy's mascot moon. As a practical joke, Spince once faked the Dean's death during a homecoming rally.
