this Baragwin was a Senator in the New Republic. He was one of the first Senators to question Leia Organa Solo's pleas for the Republic to begin planning for the Yuuzhan Vong invasion. Wynl also questioned the legality and necessity of the Jedi Knights, after many Knights became vigilantes in the Outer Rim.
