Woetar
this Zarian conman once hired a group of smugglers to transport himself and his team to Antiquity. He often used his comical appearance to his advantage, as other creatures assumed he wasn't very powerful. Woetar and the smugglers got trapped on Antiquity while waiting for a courier to deliver a package to him. The courier turned out to be an Imperial Colonel, who had called in the Karren police to arrest Woetar. Woetar evaded capture, but never received payment for his troubles.
