this Alliance Naval officer was the Fleet Supervisor for the Rayter Sector defenses. He was the officer who received the Worthless Fool from a junior procurement officer. The officer had purchased the spacetug for a huge sum from Yearo Sevile, who claimed its memory banks held information on Imperial shipyards. When Wisheel discovered that the memory banks had been wiped before the sale, he called the young officer a worthless fool. The nickname managed to stick with the ship.
