this festival was held among the witch clans on Dathomir, and was rooted in the history of the Nightsisters. The exact nature of the celebrations that occured during Winterfest were a mystery to offworlders, but the event was often accompanied by raids in which Nightsisters looted and pillaged cities to gather supplies.
