this Alliance officer held the rank of Major in the Special Forces branch of the military. Willak was a SpecOps missions agent, and was assigned to be the official observer of the Far Orbit Project. He was placed aboard the Far Orbit during its raids in the Ringali Shell. He was known to the crew of the frigate as a competent officer who never missed an opportunity to let you know just how good he was at any task.
