this Imperial Lieutenant was a native of the planet Corulag. His skills were in the area of sharpshooting and gunnery, and he was known as a deadly accurate shot. He was temporarily assigned to Kuat Drive Yards during the development of weapons systems for the AT-ST scout walker. Watts and his co-pilot, Major Marquand, were captured during the Battle of Endor when Chewbacca and a pair of Ewoks commandeered their AT-ST scout walker.
