War Droid
this was the name given to the thin, humanoid automatons used by the Krath to striek back at the Jedi Knights and the Old Republic, some 4,000 years before the Battle of Yavin. These skeletal droids were menacing in their appearance, and were armed with pulse-wave induction spines as well as hand-mounted pulse rifles. In addition to this weaponry, the Krath installed a retractable sword into each arm, to be used for melee combat.
