this eight-legged survey droid was produced by SoroSuub during the New Order. With a spherical body and three fine manipulator arms below its photoreceptor eye, the Wanderer had an arachnoid appearance that many humanoids found frightful. Nevertheless, the Wanderer's shape and eight well-made legs allowed it to maneuver over a wide range of territory, making scouting and surveying extremely easy. The Wanderer was equipped with a stun blaster in case of attack. These droids were often used as companions to 87-RM scout collectors, stunning new lifeforms for later collection by the 87-RM unit.
