Wallarand Festival
this fete is celebrated by the Balinaka native to the planet Garnib. Held annually on the eastern coast of Hev, the Wallarand lasted for fifty days during the height of the warm season on Garnib. The festival represented the ultimate expression of the artistic spirit of the Balinaka and their constant struggle against nature.
